In accordance with Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR, Morrison Express Corp. Ltd. is the controller for any data processed when visiting and using our corporate website.

We collect and process your Data for the following purposes:

  1. To collect and deliver shipments, perform the contract (or processing of the data is required for performing a procedure at the request of the customer prior to entering into a contract), provide products and/or services you request, including sending notifications for lawful reasons and purpose for the coordination and implementation of the services commissioned or used by you, according to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
  2. To improve our products and services, based on our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
  3. To comply with laws, regulations, government policies and to protect the significant interest of MEC and its agents as well as parties relevant to any shipments agents including investigation and prevention of crime or unlawful activities, handling of claims and resolution of disputes etc., according to Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
  4. Use for other purposes about which we provide notice at the time of collection, such as including but not limited, to the following:
  • Provide the information, products and services you request
  • Pick-up and deliver shipments
  • Provide you with shipment information such as tracking and tracing of shipment location
  • Allow you, if you are a driver, to check-in in advance of a pick-up

We do not sell, disclose, or otherwise process your personal data except as described herein or otherwise disclosed to you at the time the data is collected. We will retain your personal data no longer than is necessary to carry out the purposes listed in this Privacy Statement and/or as required by applicable law.

We also use data that does not identify you, called non-personal data, for lots of purposes, including to improve our products and services. In particular, we may use non-personal data to build anonymous data profiles and provide segmented marketing, generate aggregate statistical information, and to improve and administer our current services and create new products and services.
